Time once again for the Thompson family get together at the River! We love hanging out with family and celebrating Independence Day!
We had a heat advisory... but decided splashing in the river would be a great way to spend the day.
Sarah was so excited to be in the water- especially in a life jacket!
Maybe one day we'll get a hold of a life jacket that actually fits Joseph!

Ben did NOT like to be in the water... He only likes the bathtub. So when I put him in, he just screamed for Uncle Ryan who was on the dock. Poor kid. We got him out and he pretended to drive the boat instead.

Joseph and I had fun jumping off the dock into the river. Maddy would jump off the back of the boat, but she wasn't ready for the dock.
We had a great meal, and a wonderful time with family. We always love heading to Georgetown to hang out wtih the Thompson family.
